"Unspoken" is a group art exhibition that shines a light on men's mental health, exploring the unseen struggles and triumphs. Featuring diverse works from artists of various backgrounds, the exhibition explores themes of vulnerability, strength, isolation, and connection, challenging traditional notions of masculinity and encouraging open conversations around mental well-being.

Through a range of mediums—from powerful portraits to abstract interpretations—the exhibition creates a safe space for dialogue, understanding, and reflection. Each piece offers insight into the intricacies of mental health and the importance of breaking down stigmas. "Unspoken" is a call to action that aims to inspire a broader commitment to mental health advocacy for men everywhere.

Mark Making Workshop, June 14, 2025, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Experience the joy of mark making! In this fun, interactive workshop, we're using everything from kitchen whisks to paint brushes to spoons and more, to create interesting and vibrant marks that push creative boundaries. "Stuff Inside My Head" Staged Reading, June 28, 2025, 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.  

Join us for this one-of-a-kind theatrical event that bridges the worlds of stage and art gallery, creating an immersive and thought-provoking experience. In conjunction with the "Unspoken" art exhibition, we are thrilled to present a staged reading of “Stuff Inside My Head” by playwright and author Michael Garcia. This groundbreaking play combines poetry and social commentary to address and confront the stigmas that continue to plague men of color and their mental health. "Stuff Inside My Head" was a participating play at the 2022 National Black Theatre Festival. ‘The Epilogue’ – the fourth act, and final act, from this culturally significant play, will also be on stage as a one-act performance at the 2nd annual Black Men’s Play Festival this July in Chicago.
